On February 20, 2025, presentation of nominees for the dean of Sarmiento Campus is hosted at the Social Hall. Faculties, Non Academic Personels, and Members of the Local Student Council witnessed the nominees laid out their 3 year plan, program, and priorities for the campus. Dr. Mariciel Baligod, General Academics and Teacher Education Department Head shared her plan with a mission to provide quality education, foster research and innovation, and strengthen community partnership to address local and international challenges. Another candidate is Dr. Bebina Pakig, the current Associate Campus dean of Sarmiento Campus. She encourages to push through the collective effort of stakeholders to continuously make our campus a knowledge generating institution for generations to come. Professor Gerald Hilario, the current dean of Sarmiento Campus also shared his plans and actions but didn't push through to the question and answer portion and announced his withdrawal to the election. The nomination took place last February 5 and concluded on the 14th. Above 7 nominees, 3 candidates for deanship have been given the opportunity.
